Daniel
H. Schneider has been practicing entertainment, corporate, intellectual property(copyrights and trademarks) and real property law for more than 26 years. A graduate of Vassar College (AB, 1979, Evans Fellow in Law) and Emory Law School (JD, 1982, Emory Scholar), he is admitted to the New York and Georgia bars, as well as to the U.S. District Court ( Southern District, N.Y.). Mr. Schneider has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Schneider's background in real estate law includes co-op and condominium development and syndication, residential and commercial leasing, administrative and real property tax law, zoning and land-use planning and real estate financing. Mr. Schneider is a licensed real estate broker and a former member of Community Board #4 (Manhattan). He has received a certificate in Alternative Building Management from the NYCDHPD and has served as a Referee in many foreclosure proceedings.
Daniel Schneider is a founding partner of Woodstock Mediation, Big Shoes Media and EB5 World. He is a past member of the American Bar Association, the NYS Bar Association, the Ulster County Bar Association, and the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (Committee on Ethics & Standards).
His current non-profit activities include service as a member and Secretary of the National Board of Trustees of the America The Beautiful Fund and General Counsel for the Giulio Gari Foundation. Dan also serves as Trustee for several private Foundations."
